Men tend to have less problems that they will talk about than women but they still have problems.
The fact is that males have less hormonal change during their lives, but as a consequence they do not have a device for removing toxic loads as they accumulate in the body. Males tend to be more prone to physical work or sport related wear. They tend to keep their stress and emotions bottled up causing imbalance internally and expressing it physically.
At puberty they can develop facial problems like acne or blackheads and this can lead to scarring or pock marks. As the hormones crank up some males develop anger issues or unstable emotions or obsessive compulsive and addictive personalities (this is becoming more prevalent in females also now).
Digestion is also a large problem for both sexes and both will compensate for this with fiber and ant-acids which only mask the underlying problem.
The only specific health problem to males is in the sex organs, prostate problems are not always diagnosed early, because of the location of the prostate.
