Initial Consultation

An initial consultation takes from 1-3 hrs. During this time you will be asked to describe your complaints in detail in so I may fully understand you and the disorder that is affecting your quality of life. Once this detailed account of your symptoms has been outlined a remedy most similar to your remedy picture will be prescribed.

Questions about your complaint:

  • Location
  • Intensity
  • Frequency
  • What makes it better or worse
  • When did it begin
  • Is there anything that accompanies your complaint even if it seems unrelated
  • Your sensitivities
  • Energy level
  • Personality
  • Sensations
  • Sleep
  • Digestion, etc.

Follow up consultation

The follow-up consultation generally takes place 3-5 weeks after taking a remedy. During the consultation , the Homeopath will assess any changes and then decide: to repeat the dose if a favorable response was triggered, or continue to allow the healing response to take place and repeat the dose at a later date, or prescribe the next indicated remedy.

***Homeopathic remedies can be taken with conventional drugs.

Need to believe?

The simple answer is no. Homeopathy when applied correctly will stimulate your body to heal itself, whether you believe it will happen or not. It is not based, as many believe, on what you think about it.

Is it expensive?

That depends on the situation. Most insurance companies now cover Homeopathy, check with your company. In cases of dire straights other options can be pursued. See the main menu for prices for consultations.

Any side effects?

Homeopathy is a safe and gentle form of treatment that gently stimulates the body, however some people are sensitive and may experience a slight aggravation at the beginning of treatment.

Does it taste bad?

Most remedies are diluted in water and have a milk sugar base, but there may be a slight taste of alcohol that is used as a preservative. If the sugar or alcohol is a problem they can be made without their use.
